Das Familien- und Kinderservicebüro (FAKIS) wird betrieben von der Ev. Familien-Bildungsstätte Friesland-Wilhelmshaven in Kooperation mit dem Jugendamt der Stadt.
Das Angebot umfasst die Beratung von Familien in allen Fragen der Kinderbetreuung, sowie die Vermittlung und Betreuung von Familienlotsen zur Unterstützung momentan stark belasteter Familien.

The Family and Child Service Office (FAKIS) is run by the Protestant Family Education Centre in cooperation with the city's Youth Welfare Office.
The services offered include counselling for families in all matters of childcare, as well as the placement and supervision of family guides to support families currently under a lot of stress.
